Terms of Service

By accessing or using MyOpenGraph ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid accounts.

MyOpenGraph is a web-based tool that allows users to create HTML-based Open Graph image templates and render them as PNG images via a public API endpoint. Templates are rendered server-side using Satori and Resvg.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You must provide an accurate email address. Accounts created with disposable or invalid email addresses may be removed without notice.

You agree not to use the Service to create, store, or serve content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains malware, phishing content, or deceptive material.
• Impersonates another person or entity.
• Violates any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to remove any template or suspend any account that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription plans billed monthly. Subscriptions are managed via Dodo Payments and are subject to their terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If a renewal payment fails, your subscription will be placed on hold. You will have 7 days to update your payment method before the subscription is cancelled.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Each plan includes a limit on the number of active templates. Inactive templates do not count toward your limit and are not publicly accessible. We reserve the right to adjust plan limits with reasonable notice.

You retain all rights to the template content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and render your templates solely to provide the Service to you.

The MyOpenGraph name, logo, and underlying software are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from downtime, data loss, or errors in rendered images.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyOpenGraph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your templates and associated data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
